DeathCall Privacy Policy
Consent
By using our App and other Services, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
Information we collect
The DeathCall App does NOT collect or harvest data from your device, nor does it track behavior or App usage.
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. We do NOT share any of this information with other 3rd party entities, and do NOT sell or disclose this information for advertising or tracking purposes.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
Upon registering for an Account, your contact information, including items such as name, email address, and telephone number will be provided to us in order to allow for the verification and completion of the account creation process. We will never collect personal information outside of the registration process or without you entering it willfully and knowingly.
How we use your information
We will use the information you provide to contact you in order to complete the registration process. ALL new accounts are automatically assigned "pending" status until the proper documents and signatures are submitted to us to complete the registration process. We may also use the information you provide during registration to contact you about important updates and information about our App and services we provide. We do NOT share this information with 3rd party providers, and we do NOT collect usage information for advertising or promotions.
How we use your location
We do not disclose or sell location history, nor do we collect location data for advertising purposes. We do not store location history, and only maintain a last known location in realtime. This data is NOT logged or stored for retrieval at a later date. Dispatchers can see last known location only if a driver's availability in the App is set to "ON". Once a driver switches their availability to "OFF" or logs out of the App, the last known location is not displayed to the dispatcher and the driver will no longer receive DeathCall notifications.
